Kayaking on the Hanalie River

Gathering as we unload after the one hour kayak up the river... What these pictures do not show is the 1/2 mile hike after the kayak trip. On the hike we walked through thick under brush and crossed a couple of streams. It was muddy and slippery... At one point we came upon a rope that was suspended over a large pond. Ah yes I have always wanted to swing out over a pond a let go. We did as did most of the kids.. At the high point of the swing we where about 25 feet above the water.. Yea, just let go and enjoy the free-fall to the water... Another item crossed off the bucket list...
